Our Pet Policy

• The Retreat at Mill Creek Apartments allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• A pet addendum and vet records are required
• All breeds and weights accepted upon interview

Pet Fees

• 1 pet: $25 monthly pet rent + $300 onetime nonrefundable fee
• 2 pets: $40 monthly pet rent + $400 onetime nonrefundable fee
